The project is Factory technology layout design and Building conceptual Design for Jinwan Branch, MTU. The tenderer is MTU Maintenance Zhuhai Co. Ltd at Zhuhai Free Trade Zone. The construction funds come from self-financing, and the project funding ratio is 100%. The project has been ready for tender, so the design of the project is now available for tender.

2.1工程名称： 工厂工艺布局设计及厂房设施建筑方案设计。

2.2建设地点：金湾区三灶镇湖滨路北侧、机场北路以西。
Construction site: Between North of Hubin Road and West of Airport North Road, Sanzao town, Jinwan District
2.3建设规模：项目总用地面积 147416.1m2，总建筑面积 107588m2，在珠海航空产业园（金湾区内）建设一个年维修 450 台航空发动机的维修产区，开展 V2500 发动机和 PW1100G 发动机的维修服务，并为拓展 GEnx 发动机维修能力做准备。
Construction Scale: The project has a total land area of 147,416.1m2 and a total construction area of 107,588m2. It will build a maintenance area in Zhuhai Aviation Industrial Park (within Jinwan District) to repair 450 aircraft engines per year, carry out maintenance services for V2500 engines and PW1100G engines, and prepare for the expansion of GEnx engine maintenance capacity.
2.4建设投资：投资额为 15 亿元人民币
2.5计划工期：合同签订后12周内完成特种设备申请、工厂设备布局、建筑概念设计等项目工作范围。 详细布局需要在 8 周后完成。 此时间表不包括审查研讨会等工作包，作为下文所述 RFQ 内容的一部分，可能在 20 周后到期。
Planned duration: The project workscope on the Special Equipment Requisition, Factory Equipment Layout, Concept Building Design is to be performed within 12 weeks after contract signing. The detailed layout need to be concluded 8 weeks after that. This timeline does not include workpackages like Review Workshops as part of the described RFQ content hereinafter which might be due after the total 20 weeks.

Documentation: drawings of the process layout and plant architectural design for Jinwan Branch, MTU, as detailed in the attached document.
2.8 质量标准：合格。

3、资质要求

3.1具有独立的法人资格。

Two copies of the above information must be bound into a booklet.
符合投标单位在2021年10月25日起至2021年 10 月29日期间（办公时间内，法定节假日除外）到广东威朗工程咨询有限公司（详细地址：广东省茂名市油城九路6号大院1、2、3号第2层 ）购买招标文件，招标文件每套售价1000元，售后不退。本项目接受邮寄报名，先把报名资料扫描及开票信息发到邮箱：gdwlzbdlb@163.com ，审核通过后将资料邮寄到代理公司，邮费自理。
Bidding units are eligible to purchase bidding documents from Guangdong Veren Engineering Consulting Company Limited (address: 2nd Floor, No. 1, 2, 3, No. 6 Compound, Youcheng Nine Road, Maoming City, Guangdong Province) during the period from 25 October 2021 to 29 October 2021 (during office hours, except legal holidays). Tender documents are priced at RMB1,000 per set and are not refundable after sale. This project accepts postal application, first send the scanned and invoiced information to gdwlzbdlb@163.com, and then mail the information to the agent after examination and approval, with postage paid by yourself.

The deadline for submission of bidding documents is 09:30 on November 12,2021 (Beijing time) and submitted to No.1 Tianye Road, Zhuhai Free Trade Zone. Late delivery or unqualified bids will be rejected.
